Tuition fees
Tuition fees are paid after arriving in Tomsk. Students sign a contract for the provision of services according to which tuition fees are paid in Russian rubles to the account of the University. It is best to keep the receipt confirming the fact of payment and all the documents during your stay at TSU.

Accommodation fees
Accommodation fees must be paid separately.
Students can live in the University dormitories. International students are welcome to stay at the Parus (Sail) dormitory (the cost is about 600 rubles* per month). Students can also rent an apartment (a 1-bedroom flat is about 10,000 rubles* per month).

Medical insurance
Medical insurance is obligatory for all citizens of countries other than Russia and must cover the entire study period, starting on the day the student registers at the University. The cost of medical insurance is about 4,000 rubles* per year.
*The cost can slightly change year to year.
