The student’s knowledge and skills correspond to the learning outcomes of the Bachelor’s Degree level. The students must know Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, History of economic doctrines, Economic Analysis, Econometrics. Studying this course requires that the student have already acquired the necessary knowledge, skills and competence from the such course, from the Master’s curriculum as Economic Theory, Science Philosophy.

Course objective
Ensuring formation of system knowledge of features, principles, methods of carrying out economic research and system of skills of its independent carrying out.
Gained knowledge and skills:
- Formations by students of understanding of logic of production of new economic knowledge;
- Development by students of the principles and methods of production of new economic knowledge;
- Formation at student of steady interest in independent research activity;
- Formation of skills and abilities: a choice of a problem, definition of the purpose and problems of the conducted research, achievement of a goal to present complete research in the form of the scientific message, report, article, master thesis.
