Academic Writing for Publication (elective)

Main Objectives

• to be able to prepare an article for publication in an English-language international journal;
• to learn the publication practices related to international scientific journals: standards, ethics, and methods;
• to learn to make a choice of a target journal(s) by evaluating. 

Learning Outcomes

• the skills and ability to read and write scientific articles in English;
• the skills and ability to evaluate journals for the choice of a target journal;
• the skills and ability to understand publication practices;
• the skills and ability to make an oral presentation in English, followed by discussion.
